• Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable (unless otherwise stated)
• We may change pricing at any time, with reasonable notice
• Subscription plans will auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Payments are securely processed via Stripe or PayPal

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content (excluding user content), including code, logos, branding, design, and documentation, is the property of Fab AI and its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without express permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your content may be deleted, and we are not responsible for maintaining backups unless required by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Fab AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That the service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• That your content will always be secure or recoverable
• That third-party integrations or links will be accurate or safe

Use the service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fab AI shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business
• Any claim exceeding the amount paid to us (if any) in the past 12 months
